Thank you! The barcode used to be free, so glad to know. How do I create a list of the foods I eat? I see frequent and recent, but how do I make a my foods list? I'd like to list everything I have in my cupboards and refrigerator, but not sure how to go about it.

I am logging everything. That is why I am now stuck on my pico de gallo tracking.

I am really frustrated with pico de gallo listings. Should I just do each individual item....tomato, onion, jalapeno, garlic powder and salt or just pick the one that says homemade and call it a day on it.

I see various results in the data base on many food items is why I am asking. Also coming off of WW with their zero point food free style system. I am tracking the fruit and vegetables, I just wanted to see what everyone else here does. Thank you for the responses. Trying to learn how this site works.

50 in February! Leg pain has derailed me and i gained back all I lost, but going to move forward, see my doctor next week and just push through and reach my first goal. This year I am just going to go for it and do it. No more saying this every year. This year is it! We can do this!

We walk and go for bike rides. I also have a new workout dvd and I just bought a core trainer by danskinNow. You just have to find something that keeps you going.

Hi. Just face the number, accept it and move forward. You can do this! Set a small goal......like 5 lbs......reach it and keep going for another 5. Reward yourself with a new item of clothing at each 10 pound goal.

Hi. I have done WW a million times. In 2007 I lost 20 pounds. I know everyone says if you work the plan the plan works, but I am going to give calorie counting a try.
