I have a SERIOUS coffee creamer addiction! Giving it up has been my New Years resolution more than once. These days I am putting cinnamon in the brewing basket then drinking it with just a little sweetener. It's not ideal, but it is so much better than what i was doing.

I am struggling to find the right balance of carbs/protein for me. I work out hard and regularly, but I find that every few weeks when the scale stops moving, my emotions take over, and I start indulging in sugary, fatty, processed foods which ultimately, makes me feel worse. I'm not getting weight loss excited but I am hoping it will help with all that I am already doing. About 100 carbs a day, counting calories, and working out. How many carbs do you eat a day? Do you eat grains?

This has been an interesting/ confusing post for me. I eat around 100 grams a day, and I try to get all of that most days from fruit, beans, and small amounts of dairy. I downloaded a free C25K app on my phone. I'm 239 and doing day 2 week 3 today. It tells you when to walk and when to run. Anyone can run! You just have to ease yourself into it. I just went to level 2 today. I only did level 1 seven times but I was bored so I moved on. I was able to do 98 percent of it. Felt awesome and terrible all at once!

I just finished day 6!!! Taking one day off tomorrow For my back then back at it!

I just did it for the 5th time in 6 days. That one day off really helped and I noticed today that I was able to do more push ups than I could do on day 1.

I do not follow her program. However, I have a friend at work who eats all of her recipes and works out with a trainer body builder style. She looks amazing!!!!! Good luck!
