I was eating the 1200 cal. but since I stopped losing the weight they told me to try fruit and veg. for 3 days to shock my body. It hasn't helped. Look at my diary a little further back and see what you think. Thank you

I find it better to eat a meal befor you go to work I also have a part time job in a restuarant. hope that helps It is hard though.

Hi I started at 215 lb. and am now at 200lb. I'm 5' 4" tall amd I'm stuck in a rut now. I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks now, but I haven't gaind either. I'm always looking for friends.

Make sure you eat at least most of the cal. or you will go into starvation mode and not lose the wait.

I do the 10 min. Tiffany Rothe on you tube and it helps me. I do 3 of her video's and can feel the burn, But that's just me. Try that.
