Hola and welcome to MFP, I myself just started up as well and trying to keep my calories under 1200 and trying to walk/jog @ least once a week along with cycling and body combat 2-3 times a week. Hoping to drop @ least 30lbs. Feel free to add me as a friend!

Thanks for all the support! As for tips I basically gave up all my caffeine intake and very limited on my sweets (CHOCOLATES) and drinking plenty of H2o. I try not to eat after 7pm and since I am NOT able to go to the gym as much as I would like, when I do go I do 2 classes of cardio ( Body Combat & Cycling) so 2hrs @…

Hello last week was my first week as well, and I was not able to get much exercise done either :( so easy to just put it off for another day. I did go to the gym one day out of the week, but this week I'm pushing to go @ least 2-3 days for the week. We can do this by taking it one day at a time!
