Thanks guys. My low carb, high protein book recommended a slice of bread or half a bagel or muffin a day but I certainly won't be able to do that on 15g on carbs and I have found that slowed down my weight loss too so I'm off that now. What would you recommend for low carb but high fat foods - which meats are good for that…
