Yaaaay I always look forward to weigh in days and I have good news......... SW: 153 LW: 152 GW: 138 This week I am 149.....I lost 3 LBS. I commit to exercising a minimum of 5 times weekly I commit to eating healthy 90% of the time I commit to this challenge 100% and I believe I will succeed. My first affirmation I keep the commitments i make to myself

I find now that I don't eat fried foods when I do on the occasional cheat day I feel really sick after.

SUBWAY mmmmmmmmmmmm......Alot of fast food places are offering healthy menu items like salads etc so just watch what you eat and how much.

I like my butt too now that it was shrunk down to a nice size but even when it was bigger I had compliments on my butt :happy:

Don't give up! I have been going through the same prob. It's alot harder to loose the weight after you've already lost quite a bit just keep at it keep working out and eating healthy.

OH OH I want to join I hope it's not too late. Here's my stats weight-154 mini goal-150 total goal-130 bust-38" hips-39" belly-37" thigh-23" calf-16" tricep-12" I will only chart down my weight every week than once the 6 weeks are up I will chart all my measurements.

CONGRATS I have been in a plateau lately and it's extremely frustrating. I have weighed 155 for like 3 months now maybe longer.it is truly frustrating. I switch my diet up not eating the same thing too much and try and switch my exercise routine nothing seems to be doing the trick. I THINK I might have gotten out of it but…

Sorry to hear that it must be a very stressful time but don't quite exercising keep it up. You will only regret it in the end if you quite. Exercising should help releive all the stress.

AAWWWW that is sweet. I have a 3 yr old and she makes me feel good....she tells me I'm pretty and claps when I exercise. It is truly amazing to have such sweet children.

Don't you find it hard when they eat fast food or junk in front of you? Kinda hurts lol. I now know what it's like I will never eat junk in front of anyone who is trying to lose weight.
