I think it's funny how people just assume she's anorexic and photo shopped.....What if she's just naturally skinny like that? I've had friends who were skinnier then her and they ate like crazy but they couldn't gain weight. I don't think she even looks anorexic to be honest.

I understand how fustrating that is....Last summer I started it and like 2 or 3 weeks in I had to get my wisdom teeth out.......Maybe try not to go too hard at it just do what you can take water breaks etc

I don't think I will be doing any challenges till after March Break.....I'm going away to Florida and eating out for 7 days and although I plan on eating as healthy as possible so I don't gain too much weight I don't think joining a challenge will be the best idea as I am just setting myself up to fail......But I will join…

OMG I'm obsessed with peanut butter......I have gone through one of those really big jars in 4 days.....I put it on EVERYTHING even pickled vegetables and cheese.

Oh also I have a major texture problem I can't touch a wooden spoon and screwing in a lightbulb drives me crazy.....I also have to touch everything with both hands (If I push a button with one I have to with the other as well) EVERYTHING has to be equal.

LOL me and a few of my friends would cut erasers up into extremely small pieces (almost like dust) and keep them in the front of our desks in that lil grove they had for pencils and small stuff.

I am scared of balloons (mostly helium filled) And if I see one floating up in the sky I will have an anxiety attack I can not look.

No I think she should have waited for you to give her a definate answer about doing it.....THEN talk to you about all the other stuff and see if it was ok with you first. I would be pretty upset myself if that was me.

Maybe introduce higher calories a little bit at a time? So that your body is used to getting extra calories etc. Instead of it being all at once. Just a thought

My daughter is a Spark and we cookie blitz twice a year and I've noticed that there's some people who don't want to or can't eat the cookies so they just donate the money to support the girls. Maybe next time that could be a thought? Either that or bring them to a friends party or something that way you don't eat much.…

I'm always under my calorie goal and I never eat back my workout calories. I usually lose anywhere from 4-6 lbs a month give or take. But I think it's prolly cause I don't have that much to lose.

Mini goals are great.....You will feel more succesful when you see you accomplished a goal instead of looking at a big goal and saying look how much more I gotta do.

I'm also an emotional eater but everytime I think about eating I ask myself why? If it's because of emotions I ask myself.....Is eating this really going to help me or is it going to make me feel worse? If I really find the urge to eat something I go for an apple orange pear etc etc.....At least I can say HEY it was fruit…
