I wanted to aim on mini goals. I am at 179 pounds now. I thought I would aim for 162 my next goal. then when I get there aim for 150 and so on. that way seems to work better for me. what are your thoughts about mini goals

I thought that would be the best way to go. so I put my goal for 162 pounds first. I don't want to be unrealistic in my weight goals. and pick something really extreme that may or may not fit my body type0

Mini goals are great.....You will feel more succesful when you see you accomplished a goal instead of looking at a big goal and saying look how much more I gotta do.0
