I challenge you to complete 200 calf raises over the span of the day. You can break them up however you want. The goal is just to get in 200 before midnight. You can do them with weights or off a stairs ledge for an added burn.

Pretty simple comment here that you accept the challenge. When you have completed the challenge comment back saying that you completed the challenge
