I just send junk pics to everyone. :smokin:

I told my boss one day that I couldn't come in because my cat had spontaneously combusted, and I accidentally grabbed a bottle of Bacardi 151 instead of water thus causing a massive fire that burnt my eyebrows off (the cat was unharmed). She let me stay home for such a creative excuse.

Wow, that's a terrible choice to have to make. Sorry to hear that. Sometimes I forget not everyone is surrounded by restaurants at work (one of the few benefits of Atlanta). Sounds like this person just goes to a terrible Subway. I worked there as an assistant manager for almost three years and never had to use the knife…

A decent sandwich. Oh, right...they don't carry that.

I don't think it's fat shaming at all. I actually just posted my progress picture of what I've accomplished so far. People use it for motivation to see what others can accomplish, as well as what they themselves have accomplished. That's like saying posting times from two different runs, where you do better in the second,…

Thanks everyone!

Doing OHP, not cleans. Besides, I had to modify the 5x5 plan because of my back (can't do rows, deadlifts, or squats right now). Def not cleaning anything :P

Not a big Sabra fan, but Pita Pal makes some amazing hummus. I like to get the original flavor, and use New York Style Hot Chili Pepper pita chips, or baby carrots.

I'm pretty confident I'll have to deload before then, so I likely won't hit 180 until later this year, but I'm going to give it all I have. 120x5 is good, and you'll see some awesome strength increases with SL by time you finish the 12 weeks. Before my back started acting up I was on week 16.

I wasn't  I'm doing a modified version of SL5x5, and the weight will increase fairly quickly. By mid May I'll be up to 180lbs. :blushing:

Thanks. I try to put my arms in the same position as if I'm about to do bench. Not sure if that'll help, but it's how I try to keep my form.

It does look like it lacks force on the way up, doesn't it? I'll work on that, thanks!

I'm in the same boat as the OP. Without an open diary it's far too easy to slack off.

Fat, but not tall. I peaked at 275lbs at 5'7" in July of 2012. Down to 240lbs now doing C25K and SL5x5. I started with just walking 30 minutes a day before breaking into C25K, and I completed my first 5k last Saturday (4/6/13) at 45:10. If you decide to go the jogging route make sure you get fitted for proper running…

Twix Kitkats Cheesecake Ritz crackers and pimento cheese spread Oreos Starcrunches Those are my big ones.

I wear boxer briefs. Doesn't completely solve the problem, but adds resistance that workout shorts don't provide. Beyond that I just rock it. If they want to look at my chub, power to 'em.

I like to get the snack size packs of baby carrots from Publix, and dip them in hummus. New York Style Pita Chips Red Hot Chili Pepper are also awesome dipped in hummus. Cream cheese, or pimento cheese, on Ritz crackers is another favorite snack of mine.

2010 Dodge Challenger ~26k miles It had 25 miles on it when I bought it in June 2010. I'm saving up for my next car which will either be a Cuda when it's released, or a Prowler, depending on what they do with the Cuda. The Prowler will get an engine swap for a 392 Hemi supercharged by RDP Motorsports.

Never understood the height thing...maybe it's because I'm short. </shrug> - Smoker - No job/ambitions - Hates the outdoors - Unhygienic (this includes oral hygiene...) I'm sure there are more, but those are the big four.

The soul sucking sound of digital radiography devices going off as I test them.

This. I'm running on a pair of GT-2170's. I just started jogging last year, and I learned how important it can be to get fitted for shoes. I'm still on my first pair (about 7 months now) and they are awesome for my fat feet, and over pronation.

SW: 240.4 Week 2: 240.4 Week 3: 243.8 Easter Goal: 230 Overall Goal (for now): 215 I blame the weekend for that gain. Work sent me to Stone Mountain, GA for a two day meeting, and they had me staying at a posh hotel where they just kept throwing food and snacks at me.

Haven't seen a PB stout, but Moohoo is one of my all time favorites.

The place I buy beer from still has Old Rasputin, Terrapin's Moohoo, and Sierra Nevada's Celebration.

Photobucket doesn't want to cooperate at all...

Fat Tire is an excellent Amber, but yea I have no idea what the demographics of their polling was, which is why after I finish this list I'll move onto another. As BigDog pointed out there are a lot of lists out there. This will probably be the hardest list for me, as I'm not big on Pales, and this list is full of 'em.

Unfortunately the ABV is too high on Russian River's beers for Georgia...stupid southern state.

I keep pushing because this is something I really want for myself. My reasons for doing this are completely selfish, and I think in the end that's why I've been able to keep at it.
