Wanted to get a form check video up while the weight was still light; http://youtu.be/r0suQUEslmw While watching it I noticed my upper body bobbing more than I'd like. I move my head forward to ensure I lock the weights at the top, but I need to be more mindful of my torso.

BSN products on sale at GNC
