Joggers around Smyrna, GA

Any joggers here around Smyrna, GA? I'm only in Week 5 of C25K, but I'd like to get a sense of the community and start worming my way in. Right now I stick to my apt complex, but I'd like to start looking into trails (Silver Comet, Cumberland Connector, etc...).
