I just decided that soda wasn't helping me reach my goal. I'll pick up a Diet Pepsi, or Diet Dew every now and then, but mainly I stick to water. Did it cold turkey, but since I drink a cup of coffee every morning I didn't have the awful caffeine headaches that usually accompany quitting soda.

I prefer to dip large pieces of meat in protein powder after a long day of battling bears, and drinking mead. If that's not an option you can always mix it with some strawberries, blueberries, vanilla yogurt, and almond milk. Either one works.

Saturday mornings, right after my run, but before my coffee and breakfast. I find it keeps me from going to the bar on Friday evenings if I know I have a weigh-in to do the next morning. Saturday evenings I'm not tempted to go anywhere...I just wanna watch a movie and eat pizza :blushing:

So I downloaded it last night, and hopped in. Got to Adventure level 5 and Job level 8 (Acolyte Artisan). The lag was horrendous, but other than that it wasn't bad. I'll poke around at it some more this weekend. I'd like to at least get up to 25 so I can see the secondary classes.

I'm with ya on that one. My first MMO was UO, so my experience was murder and mayhem...and some loot. But it was 3D, and there were no races.

Sonic > Superman. Also consider the effects of the below belt buckle. I feel like sitting would be a rather uncomfortable experience. Similarly it's why I didn't purchase the Atari belt buckle.
