I just found I felt so much better not eating it. I have a Publix sub for lunch each day, and I just feel...cleaner. I used to always feel so greasy, and generally disgusting every day after lunch. My stomach hurt a lot as well. Now I feel great each day...over time the things I used to think were amazing taste blah.

Pizza is my "Achille's Heel". I'm doing better than I was, but polishing off a large pizza used to be a regular thing for me.

The thing to remember (and it'll get beat into your head by everyone), is that diets don't work. Coming here is the first step to a lifestyle change. If you can't maintain it for the rest of your life, then it won't work in the long run.

Depends. In the Summer/Spring I'm more of an Amber/Lager person, but when Winter/Fall comes along I'm more about the Stout/Imperial Stout/Porter. My all time favorite so far is the Terrapin Moo-Hoo Chocolate Milk Stout.

I hear ya. I live alone so I have absolutely no one to answer to. I find that this place gives me the accountability I need to stay focused. That and I got tired of having to roll from my back to my stomach to get off the towel at the beach/pool.

I love piercings and tattoos. I used to have my ears gauged out but got tired of the maintenance so I took them out. Now I just need to save up some money so I can get more ink! Ink on a lady is absolutely gorgeous, btw.

At no point in time did I make a statement that throwing butter and cheese on bread makes it healthy. The OP asked for ideas on a to-go breakfast, and I provided one.

Lightly butter a slice of whole wheat/grain bread, throw a slice of cheese on it, and then toss it in the toaster. Then fry up an egg over hard as you are on the go. Once the toast is done plop the egg on the toast, and then consume.
