Thanks, I will never be a thin person, but just want to be as healthy as I can and look better in clothes. I am 40 pounds lighter than I was when at my heaviest. I stayed on track today, and got on my recumbent bike and played Wii bowling for an hour.......so far so good

I make protein powder pancakes weekly. I use 2 eggs, one large scoop of Quest vanilla or strawberry protein powder, a little baking powder, whip together.
