A few days less than a month to go! I hope everyone is doing well and working towards those goals!

It's completely normal. Everyone seems to hit a plateau after a while. Some longer than others. Mine lasted over a month, but I've seen some people on here only had them last about a week. Just keep doing what you're doing and eventually you'll start losing again :)

Everyone I know who eats them LOVES the chocolate chip cookie dough ones. They almost made me sick to my stomach, I thought they tasted awful lol. My favorite is the coconut cashew. It takes just like an Almond Joy! I also love the white chocolate raspberry. I still need to try strawberry cheesecake, banana nut, vanilla…

Hmm, Quest was 3 bucks more for my boxes I ordered. Either way, it's a good deal! Have you tried the Quest pasta?
-
Crap, I wish I knew that before I placed my order lol

I am 7 months post-op RNY and I only get 500-600 most days. I'm confused how so many of you can eat so much more than I was ever able to lol. It's crazy how everyone is so different! However, I don't pay too much attention to the calories, mainly my protein intake as well as fat/sugar.

I do 45 minutes of kickboxing on Mon/Wed/Fri and 45 minutes of strength training on Tue/Thur/Sat. I would highly recommend the strength training along with cardio. It makes a HUGE difference and really helps burn fat and raise your metabolism :)

I hope everyone is doing well and hope to see more people join!

Well, my appt went fantastic today! The nurse called me a poster child for RNY :) I feel amazing! I'm down 105 pounds (35 pre-op), my BMI has gone from 44 to 29, and I've lost a total of 33 inches between my neck/waist/hips/biceps. I'm kind of in shock right now! I still have a little over 20 pounds to go, but I'm getting…

You'll be fine :) I only had to do the liquid diet 24 hours before surgery and that was it. I ate normally up to the day before :)

Glad to see everyone participating :)

I'm now at 202 and my GW is 199 for this challenge. These onderland pounds are frustrating me lol

I'm still the same as I was 10 days ago. I'm close to onederland so of course my body wants to stall out! SW: 212 CW: 204 GW: 199

My Halloween Challenge: SW: 212 CW: 204 GW: 199 I originally had mine at 192, then I changed it to 199, now I don't know what's going on. We'll see!

From what I've seen, it varies from doctor to doctor. I've seen a lot of people who had to do a liquid diet 2 weeks prior to surgery, whereas I only had to do liquid for 24 hours before surgery. So I have no idea why some do and some don't. I did the 24 hours of liquid before and everything went fine for surgery :)

1 month to go! How's everyone doing?!
