It's pretty awesome! I used the couch to 5k app on my phone. I put it on the back burner for now because I'm doing an extreme bodyshaping/kickboxing class 6 days/week for the next 11 weeks. So once that's done, I'm hitting up C25K again :)

I'm going to change up my goal. Not a lot, but a little. I'm still pushing just as hard tho! For this challenge: SW: 212 CW: 208 GW: 199 (I really wanna be in ONEderland!)

I'd suggest cold turkey. I tried lowering how much I drank. I got down to about 16oz/day but didn't go any lower after that. Every day I would say, I'll just have less tomorrow. That never worked. So I just quit cold turkey. The headaches were terrible for about 5 days then after that I was fine. Haven't gone back since.…

My goal is looking harder and harder to reach as I keep stalling out. I'm still going to push for it though! SW: 212 CW: 210 GW: 192 I may lower my goal in a week or 2 if I'm still having this much trouble, but for now, it's staying where it is :)

Goal day! Well, here's my results of the 8 week challenge: SW: 237 GW: 210 Today's weight...I'm at 212. Only 2 pounds short! I am not discouraged though, because over the last 8 weeks I lost 25 pounds which I feel AWESOME about!

Well I made it through Day 1 yesterday! It was tough for a bit, but I pushed through and finished! I haven't run since I was a kid and I'm at 217 and managed it! I never thought I'd be able to do it lol. I felt fantastic after doing it and I still do! I'm actually excited for tomorrow to roll around so I can move on to day…

1 week to go! I'm CLOSE to goal, but I don't think I'll be able to drop an additional 7 pounds in the next week. Either way, I'll feed good because I still lost a lot of weight!

I've been taking Vitron-C for a few weeks now and it's been going great! The size of the pill is big enough to swallow and I take it first thing in the morning with water and I haven't had any trouble with it. I'm 3 months post-op and I've been taking probiotics since before surgery. I now take a chewable one. My "schedule" is pretty regular :) And it's not made to help you lose weight faster, nor does it actually do that. Just makes everything run better :)

I second this. I also had RNY and they didnt remove any intestines nor have I ever even heard of that being done. I dont get it...

Well I got a hair makeover this weekend and everything turned out great! My hair actually does feel better now that it's dyed than it did before :) (got it professionally done)

I actually have iron in my multivitamins I take, but at 3 months they want me to start an additional amount. Turns out they actually recommend Vitron C so I ordered some of that last night :)

I absolutely LOVE sushi, but I am 3 months post-op and haven't had the guts (literally haha) to try it. When I get around to it, I plan on ordering what I like but just not eating the rice. The raw fish and veggies are my favorite part anyway :)
