I have a friend who is a raw vegan, and while I didn't go fully raw, I took a week and incorporated a ton more fruits and veggies (like a ridiculous amount) in my diet and it really did make a difference-I felt great! I've been thinking the same thing! It's actually easier for me to stay focused and I can see my timer, go at my pace, play my own music, know what's coming next, and not have to listen to a tacky voice over ahah. My mom was all confused why I'd buy a program that didn't have DVDs and so was I but I totally love it!
