I have been reading more and more on HIIT training. SO with doing more anaerobic exercises you burn more fat and less muscle. I get up early in the morning to get my workout in. I am not a night person, and it is very easy for me to get up at 3 am to get my workout in. Plus I have school in the evening.

I just suggest reading the label. Even some of the powders are high in sugar, and you don't want that as a meal replacement. If you are using it post workout the sugar could be fine. If you want to get in more depth look for cold processed powders allows for more bio-availablity of the protien than ones that are boiled, or…

AWESOME job, you have done well.

I use it to help get my calories in for the day. I was having a hard time getting my calories in each day, so I added a couple protien shakes in there to help reach my goal. The protien is also good to help recover muscles.

The best way is to get a Heart rate monitor. There are a few that will sync with MFP. Just find one that works within your budget.

I cook all of my meat (Except Fish) on the weekends. I will do like 10 pounds of chick on the grill then I vaccuum seal them in induvisual servings and freeze them. That way you always have alot of choices. Then you just have to fix you a vegitable to go with it.
