You are making the first step by trying and asking folks to hold you accountable. If you are being active there is no pathetic atempt at exercise . Exercise comes in all forms and what works to burn calories is all we need to worry about. You can add me if you would like.

What type of workouts are you interested in? If you like the workout videos, look on YouTube. They have tons of workout videos and you don't have to spend money to buy them. I suggest start with cardio (walking, jogging,anything that gets your heart rate up) for 20-30 minutes. Then a whole body workout to build muscle,…

Look at veggies. You can eat a ton of them without alot of calories. You can also look at protein, and it will keep you feeling full longer.

I stop eating 4 hours before I go to bed.

That calories add up quick when your eating the wrong stuff. I didn't put this extra weight on in a day/month/year so it is not coming off quick. Have to be patience. Logging keeps you accountable for what you eat.

I am also looking for the same motivation. I have been down this road and keep slipping back into my same old habits. I am looking at changing for good, no more going back to my old self. Will be needing lots of friends to support and help keep me in line.

Alicia you can do this. I also have fallen off the bandwagon a time or two. It would be reat to have support to keep me going. I know I can lose the weight because I have done it before. you can add me.

Amber starting is the hardest part. One foot infront of the other and day by day is what we all have to do. It is great to have support from all over though this site. I would be more than happy to work though our journey's together.
