Hope you had an amazing weekend. Looks like it based on the lift gifs. Is there a story behind the serpent? Also, where did you pick it up, asking for a friend (this time really doing so)?

Fantastic work

Great stuff. Do you mind sharing which app you use to track/record?

protein cheesecake Crust is lemon meringue power crunch bars (2) - no binding agent needed, just ground them and press them in the pan. Base Batter 12 oz of fat free cream cheese - Shop n Save's or Walmart's generic is actually the best 12 oz of great value light greek vanilla yogurt - walmart's great value version is the…

We use fairlife ultra filtered milk (lower sugar, higher protein than skim milk) and add some protein powder even (ups the calories but improves the macros). We'll use chocolate fudge flavored sugar free pudding and then top it with a dollup of sugar free cool whip. So good and low cal with good protein.

They weren't just replies to your post. Example, the first few draft kudos posts to jenna had to be redrafted. There just isn't a non-internet creeper read of prose giving someone props on their thrusts.

Awesome start to your weekend. Way to go.

Your cat always makes me think of Black Betty, one of our favorite songs.

The gif was more a symbol of me eating all the comments i started, edited and ultimately deleted because I'm still new here and people don't really know me yet. My SO will be so proud that it appears I might actually have a filter though in all fairness it took a lot of years to find/use it and this probably wouldn't be…

Thank you so much for this. Never would have thought of doing it on my own.

This shows the hike path....not for those with fear of heights. We love these areas too.

We really like this - https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/green-chile-ribs/ Though we made some modifications - Used beef bone broth and cut it in half and may cut it down more. Used extra meaty ribs. The bones won't stay on so forget it looking like the picture, lol. Added a few of our own spices that pair well with it…

We really miss sushi. Looks great.

We use lemon berry blizzard isoclear in ours with trader joe's reduced sugar, organic wild blueberry preserves on top. Delicious. Thanks for the frozen fruit idea.

I hope you don't mind me quoting you but, for me, your post illustrates something very important that I may have missed very early on. IMHO, each person's health and wellness needs to be customized to what works for them - whether that is their workouts (I'll never ever enjoy running for running sake so I know not to…

Kudos for the answering the 5am call. Hope the shoulder cooperates soon and it's just being a little cranky rather than injured.

Some of those from AZ and UT may recognize this - exploring a lava cava

Another one of my favorite hikes - we went with our dog to the top of mt cupid in CO (almost 13,000 feet) - again just a cell phone

The view from one of my favorite hikes taken with a marginal cell phone- near the top of Angel's Landing

My better half started lifting again. She might kick me for posting this but I'm definitely a proud partner when it comes to her.

My mind gets this conceptually. It's just being stubborn in changing it's default setting to this concept. Thinking about it, reading yours and others thoughts on it, seeing the gifs all help (hopefully) in my changing of that default. Thanks for assisting me in my process improvement.

What kind of foods do you like? We make protein cheesecake, protein pancakes, protein pudding, protein bars and a number of meat/seafood based dishes that have a ratio of about 1g protein to 10 calories.

I miss real skyr so much and I only got to eat it for less than a week. Sure Siggi's and Icelandic are good and Fage and Chobani Complete are good but true Icelandic skyr was devine.

I like the concept of embarrassed out. The looks I got in PT when I was shoulder rehabbing (5 anchors to fix a labrum tear) were something but i couldn't care less. See what kind of looks you get if you hand-walk a treadmill (like this but they need to be further away from the treadmill with their feet, lowering their…

Us too. Sometimes we wanted to know what happened to be able to help but really I don't that we could have handled knowing what happened to him. We lost him in November at almost 15 and a half. We got a lot of bonus years for a 65+ lb dog.

I think I saw a smile at the end of it....... I think part of the reason I enjoy these gifs is those types of reactions. My mind knows that failure is part of process and that it is needed to get to the best outcome/goal I can but my mind's first reaction is to be critical of myself. I like how others seem to be able to…
