How does this DVD work? Do you do level 1 one day, then level 2 the next, then level 3 the next and keep alternating like that? Or do you work on level 1 for a while and then progress up the levels? Thanks

well day 1 done. I remember how much I hate jillian now lol. I have taken photos, measurements and weight. Let's see what I can do. I will do it all every 10 days to see any differences!!! Also - do you log as 20 mins or 30 mins circuit training? X
