I'm talking about for My Fitness Pal. I'm not sure what it would be, and the job descriptions don't really help :s I don't have a fitbit to adjust my calories though, so would I do Sedentary or Lightly Active? This whole thing is a bit confusing to me lol!

I went to the comparison tool, and it seems like the FT4 and FT7 are pretty similar, the main difference being that the FT7 can connect to the polarbeat app. Is that true, or am I missing something? I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video right now, and love it. It really kicks my butt. I also really like Billy Blanks Tae Bo videos, as well as Charlene's Turbo Jam videos.

I have dinner between 5-6 and find that about 9 I'm hungry. I normally have an apple with peanut butter and tea. This keeps me full and holds me off till breakfast

I nap almost every day. I don't sleep well at night, even if I don't nap. So when my kids are napping I nap too. Or if I'm not tired I use that as my relax time and just watch tv or read. I never turn the chance of a nap down lol

I'm a stay at home mom. I've got 4 kids, ages 6, 5, 2 and 1. So finding time to workout is a challenge. I'm starting the 30 day shred Monday, and will be also using my rowing machine. I am going to get up an hour before the kids in the morning to get my workout done. And then plan on taking them for a long walk each…
