Slow or leisurely pace?
Not sure how I would log my walks with the kids. We walked 3.05 miles and it took about 80 minutes, and the other day we walked 1.03 miles and it took about 25 minutes. Would this be considered slow or leisurely paced? Thanks in advance.

Sedentary or Lightly Active?
I'm not sure which to set my goals to? My plan is to do strength training for 30 minutes 4 times a week, and cardio for 30 minutes 5-6 days a week. I'm a stay at home mom, I don't drive so I walk my kids back and forth to school each day (only 5-10 minutes each way). Thanks for any input!
