30 day shred

I'm a stay at home mom, and don't have time to go to the gym. So I'm going to be doing this weight loss thing at home with workout videos and walking.

I have tae bo videos, turbo jam, Zumba, and just picked up Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

I'm going to be starting the 30 day shred Monday. Anyone else out there starting it? We could do it together and provide support :)

    I just started it yesterday, I could feel the effect on my muscles this morning! More than happy to keep each other motivated through it and make it to 30 days :smile:

    I started it this morning! It's onl y20 minutes plus 5 on each side for warm up and cool down but you can defintely feel it working! I feel great though! I'm excited to see the changes in the next 30 days!
