Wow- 77 days! I am somewhere around 44, and I think you really put it well, several things you said. Its a lifestyle change, put in everything, and as soon as possible!! Great advice!

MFP community helped me when I had a plateau, the great advice was: be careful you are counting everything you eat, up the calories, be sure not to eat less than your goal. My husband suffered alot with it, the cure for him was getting really good shoes for walking, ex.... He stretched on a step every morning and every night as well. Hope it goes away fast for you!!

Someone brought in yummy bread treats to work- blueberry, pumpkin... I took a small corner of a piece and ate it SOOO slowly. I was happy, didn't hurt all my hard work and I got to enjoy the flavor!

I never drank water as a kid, always milk. Really cold, filtered water, through a straw. MOST importantly, my competition with myself to "fill" the glass on MFP!! Thanks Kiachu. I do use the scales to measure my success, for the first 15 lbs., I don't feel or look much different. I am blessed/cursed, (depending on which way my weight is going), I lose or gain all over. Ican lose 20 lbs. and still be a size 12, just more comfortable of course. Thank you again for the encouragement, great advice. I took it to heart: Its a life long commitment, change up your exercise, eat more calories. I did it all and dropped 3 lbs. I chose to get more determined, instead of discouraged, exercised every day and it worked!

SW 201 CW197 GW 180 (To start, couldn't handle looking at the whole amount I want to lose, so I'm taking a baby step. I've only been on MFP one week. I'm encouraged by losing 4 lbs. after the last year of losing and gaining the same 10 lbs. Seeing so many of your losses makes me hopeful!
