Data base- seeing wrong calorie counts
So, now I'm nervous! I thought a calorie count for a food was low, so I checked the package with the data base. There were 4 or 5 entries that were all wrong. Using the package, I went in and edited a few to the correct cal., fat, etc. But now Im thinking I should check more often... Hoping this was an isolated thing.?

Work counting as calories burned?
I never count being on my feet, moving, traveling all day as a Kindergarten teacher. I don't want to claim calories I didn't burn... Any opinions? Thanks!

Trying not to be discouraged
I have been so excited about MFP, I have been on it for 15 days. I've never been a calorie counter, but the ease of this site has been awesome. Eating Out for breakfast
New frontier, just started MFP a little over a wk ago. Been doing great at home, but 1200 cal. causes for some serious thought.
