Eating Out for breakfast

New frontier, just started MFP a little over a wk ago. Been doing great at home, but 1200 cal. causes for some serious thought. We went out to breakfast, took me 10 min. to figure out something that wouldn't kill my day. The vegy skillet platter was great- only 330 cal. It is skillet fried potatoes with onions, red and green bell peppers and cherry tomatoes, scrambled egg whites w/ spinach on top. It also comes with brocoli and mushrooms if you like, I didn't want those ingredients for breakfast. Very filling and tasty!
