Absolutely! How are your liking Turbo? I am getting certified to teach TurboKick classes- can't wait!
-
Good idea too but I could not train myself to run shorter strides personally.
-
I was training for a 10K and usually ran on the burn interval and burn it off days. Sometimes I did both :-)

You can not drink your calories. A shake a day packed with nutrients is ok but not 2x a day. You are not eating enough! I would cut back to a shake once a day and eat healthy meals the rest of the day. 1100 is very low. Myself I aim for 1400-1600 and then when I have a vigorous workout eat more. When you don't eat enough…

Love MFP for tracking food, workouts and support. Feel free to add me as a friend also.

I only use it when mixing it for a recipe or in shakeology. Otherwise in drinking a glass of milk I can only do cows milk.

Do you listen to music? Maybe try a slower BPM song list? I was using the MAF training to work on my pace and needed to slow down and it was a pain constantly looking at my HRM and slowing myself down.

It really varies per person. When I started it was pretty light 3-5lbs for some exercises. When I finished up I was lifting 40 on some exercises.
-
Awesome! Can't wait to start!

YES! Chalene has someone in the videos who only uses resistance bands. It is great for strength and toning.

I was looking at the calories and am wondering what you have it set at. We all hit plateaus and it is 100% common especially with the loss you have had. What are you fat/carb/protein % set at. Besides the circuit training are you doing any other exercises? I noticed on some days you are only eating 760 calories and some…

As I coach I agree! As I have told many people Shakeology is not for everyone for whatever reason. What matters the most is proper nutrition, exercise and having a support system. Do I use shakeology? yes. But that alone does not = weight loss it's all the components I have listed previously.
-
I am a coach and any coach who tells you just to drink Shakeology and that you will lose weight is wrong. You need to combine proper nutrition and exercise to lose the weight. And Shakeology is not for everyone. My Mother In Law loves it, but can not take it. She's on to many other meds (for heart problems and she is on…

I just finished my second round. Love CE- so much fun and love the muscle definition and feel stronger. It's also helped improve my cardio for running. Definitely recommend it also.
-
I am on day 60 of round 2 of ChaLean and am updating my stats shortly. I love this program!
-
I am on my second time through CE. The difference is your are li doing fting weights 3 days in CE not doing cardio all the workouts so I do not think you will get bored or not find it tough enough.
-
Try the push phase and if you feel you are lifting almost what you were at in the Burn Phase and it is hard then go back and redo burn.
-
Mine is dinner usually too.

I'm 5'9. I started at 195 and got to 149 before I became pregnant with #3 (I had him 1/26) and am 165 right now. I am working on losing that baby weight. My goal when I reached 149 was 145.

Holy cow that's amazing! Way to go!!

Yes BUT it is not a miracle pill. It needs to be used in conjunction with eating healthy and working out. I have been on it for over a year and I love that I get so many nutrients/vitamins in the shake along with protein, etc.
-
This is what I do. If you don't have one I would say low impact aerobics.
-
Love Zumba! I combine it with other workouts so hard to say how much I lost just due to it though.
-
1600 here. Sometimes I think they are a little low in setting calorie amounts on here.
-
Make sure you are eating enough! You will not lose any weight if you are not eating your normal calorie intake either. Are you staying in your carb/fat/protein ratios? Are you getting in healthy carbs (fruits, veggies) versus sweets.
-
First start with a positive attitude. You will fluctuate on amount of weight lost each week. What are you eating? You may be getting to much of a protein/carb/fat. Also if you are not eating your calories you will also stall any weight loss. And of course make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

Zumba is fun and can be a great weight loss tool. I do it and love it. The calorie burn really depends on the intensity the instructor goes at. I have burned as low as 150 calories to 600 calories in a 45 minute class.
-
Good luck. I'll be restarting it in March. I had great results the first time around!

Have you checked out Shaun T's Fit Kids Club or Tony and the Kids? Both are from beachbody. I would link here but not sure if it is allowed so I will send you a message with it if you are interested.
