  • If there are calories then yes I count them. Plus when I look at my chart it shows me if I am getting enough nutrients
  • There is no magic pill. I am a BB coach and will tell you that. You need to exercise and you can add Shakeology to your regimen but without exercising and eating right you will not get lasting results. I do have a chart comparing different nutritional drinks if you would like it send me a PM.
  • Great job! You look amazing
  • Calorie Burn will depend on how much you put into it. Insanity is a great workout! Put it in as cardio and strength. I say this because MFP does not count calories burned in strength and you definitely burn calories.

  • Pilates. Loved the Abs from Chalene Extreme and also liked Tracey Anderson's workouts. You are correct you can't spot train but these will help. Also eating will be 80% of it- ABS are made in the kitchen
  • While you may lose weight you will plateau qiuckly. You need to add in cardio and strength even if only 30 minutes.
  • I agree. My husband is a PO and I was one. There are lots of gun laws we don't need more. The people who want them to kill others will find them on the black market, etc and no amount of gun laws will unfortunately prevent that. What CAN be done is the judges, etc upholding the law to the maximum extent and not giving…
  • Sorry for no updates! My computer died and I am still with out one. I wish the app allowed us into the message boards. Anyway I am 33 weeks pregnant and still rocking the workouts and feel amazing. I can't remember if I posted but since doing ChaLean Extreme I became a beach body coach and got AFAA Group Exercise certified…
  • I have and still do. I made it through the first phase and part of the second before finding out I was pregnant. Needless to stay no weight loss since that part :-) but it has helped me with staying strong and healthy. It is what started me on becoming a BB coach and AFAA Certified group exercise instructor. My photos are…
  • Wow it's been a long time since I have checked in. 29 weeks pregnant now and still keeping very active. I received my AFAA Primary Group Exercise Certification and can not wait until I start teaching (after baby born). I am running in a 5K next Friday and then have one more scheduled for 12/18. I am still doing Zumba,…
  • Yes you can strength train and it would be beneficial no matter what weight you are. I would set your goals at maintaining for now and do some strength, still eat healthy and workout. You may lose some weight but not much as you are set at a different caloric intake.
  • Hummus and carrots Chobani Greek Yougut Nuts Almost any fruit
  • Awesome job!! Definitely an inspiration to others
  • If you own both do the hybrid version. If you feel it is too much then cut back and do just one. I love ChaLean Extreme if you were to do just one as it has the strength aspect which is very important. You can add more cardio in to. But I think the hybrid should be just fine.
  • Sizing is dumb. :-) It all depends on how someone is shaped and not on weight, health, etc. I almost wish they would do women's sizing like means as it would make more sense to me.
  • Hi I have done Turbo Jam, Ten Minute Trainer and Chalene Extreme. I also drink shakeology. I am currently doing CE to an extent as I am 25 weeks pregnant. After several years of doing the products I decided to become a coach and also became AFAA Primary Group Exercise Certified so if you have any questions let me know.
  • It is a sensible eating plan that matches your nutritional needs. Can you do it on your own? Yes, but if you like the convience of someone else doing it then yes it is worth it. IMO.
  • Did you change the machines when you were on them so they were set up for you? Mine was off some but not a ton. Glad you have a HRM now and are on track. Good luck!
  • You need to do both to get benefits. Like others have said most gym will offer a free consultation and help set up on a routine and show you the machines, etc. How cool your friend is doing that!
  • I can't keep up with all these posts. :-) I am almost 18 weeks and feel amazing. We are on vacation and have been so active and busy. My last appointment was great with no problems. I go back on 9/16 for an ultrasound. Oh and I am signed up to take the AFAA Primary Group Exercise certification on September 9th!
  • I remember having those dreams with my first two pregnancies. None so far this time! I had a great weekend workout wise: Bootcamp, running and eating mostly healthy (minus the melting pot for dinner one night). This week I have lots of exercising goals too! Yoga, Bootcamp x2, running and Zumba. I go on vacation next week…
  • Awesome story!
  • Feel free to add me. MFP has been a great support and hope you find it so also.
  • yep didn't like the taste of the flavors I tried. So far the honey seems to be doing the trick. Thanks for the idea though.
  • Welcome and feel free to add me. MFP has been helpful for me and I hope it is for you also.
  • I have been drinking it for a while now and just became a BB coach. I love it. Although I have to say it must be blended for me and fresh fruit or peanut butter added in to it (I drink the chocolate). I have noticed an increase in my energy levels and feel much better. I use 2% milk or unsweetened almond milk in mine. If…
  • I believe I posted an introduction but then summer and being gone got in the way. Anyway I am almost 16 weeks pregnant. This has been far my best pregnancy- no IV's-- yipee! I am staying very active. This weekend we were on vacation but I walked and did push ups. This week I have done bootcamp, ran 3.84 miles yesterday and…
  • Well since I am almost 10 shocking weeks pregnant my weight has not changed. For those who don't know the shocking part is I was "fixed" and well this was a shock. So here is my stats: Weight: 153.3 Total weight lost: 1.5 lbs QOTW: I bought a tankini and am very happy with it. I have had many compliments on how much weight…
  • So I should be finishing with the push phase this week but have been off for 3 weeks and will be restarting the push phase. I was so sick and then found out that I was pregnant even though I was "fixed" and not suppose to be able to -- oopsy. I have the go ahead to continue the program and will be restarting on Monday. I…
  • I am at 153.3. But not surprising with all going on. Last week I was not feeling the best and was lazy all week. Saturday I am doing a 5K and hopefully will be back in the swing of things! I did get a new tankini and have been told I look great so that was a boost to the self confidence! QOTW: I weight train and do cardio.…
