  • i have been sick :-( so not much in terms of working out lately. Between injuries and illness I am so ready to be done and back to 100% normal. My weight is still the same. I am feeling about 80% better today so I am thinking I will take one final off day and then back to it tomorrow. I am going to restart my ChaLean Push…
  • I forgot to respond last week. No change here. I didnt work out too much as I had a foot injury. I'm thinking I may restart the push phase of ChaLean since it's been 2 weeks now.
  • I am currently doing it. I am just over 30 days into it. And I love the program. I haven't lost a whole lot of inches but have toned and tightened a lot. I am hoping to lose some more inches this month. I have stuck to this program because I enjoy it. If you find one you like then you will stick to it!
  • I'm 5'9 with a 35" inseam and used to hate it. My husband is already an inch shorter so I hated wearing heels but now I say screw it and go for it. It is a pain shopping but more so for tops than bottoms. It seems more stores are starting to carry tall/long pants but not tops.
  • Yesterday was still a Holiday so we will cut you a break :-) Current Weight: 153.6 I lost another .6 lbs for a total of 1.2 lbs since the beginning. (not counting the 4 I gained and then lost) QOTW: Favorite move would be leg raises with a sculpting band. Not only does it work the butt but also the thighs! Workout this…
  • I just started the push phase this week, Tomorrow will actually be day 1 of push. I am doing this to feel stronger and better about myself as well as mix up my workout to break through those plateaus. I am hoping to lose my finally 15 pounds and shrink those inches. As well as ChaLean I mix it up with Zumba, running,…
  • Current Weight: 154.2. Since I gained 4 pounds last week I have lost a total of 4.6 pounds now (or since the beginning .6 lbs) QOTW: Healthy lunch. I love roast beef so I get the Low Sodium Boars Head Brand Roast Beef and a slice of reduced fat cheddar cheese. I try not to eat it to often though. I love this question as…
  • While everyone else seemed to notice right away it I did not until my clothes started falling off.
  • I have a very supportive husband. He eats pretty well and works out too. As far as the chocolate, candy soda. All I can say is all things in moderation. I had a coke yesterday for the first time in forever. And my daughter's birthday party was last weekend and I indulged in cake- actually a few times with all the…
  • I have a New Balance N4 and love it. I use it all the time when working out.
  • I am in my last week of the Burn Phase and am loving it. Hope you ladies enjoy it as much as I do.
  • She does incorporate a couple cardio days too. The Burn Intervals are killer!
  • Great job ladies. I love reading these to help with the motivation. I love the idea of tracking our exercise to. I think it helps us feel more accountable. Feel free to add me as a friend also.
  • Somehow I went up 4 pounds back 158.8 from 154.8. I'm hoping it's a fluke on the scale and everything will be back to normal soon. I had 3 parties this weekend, but only one day over in calories. Went over in fat couple times though :-(. Gnus week must be better!! Oh and I did inches at the beginning and will go it at the…
  • Stick to water and a banana or other fruit. I myself can not run after eating a full meal.
  • I'm not doing Jillian Michaels, but Chalene Extreme. I have continued doing my Zumba with this.
  • Coming back and being determined is what's important! You can do it.
  • I agree with everyone else. Try eating all your daily calories and most of your exercise calories.
  • Great job! keep up the great work! And your only as beautiful as you feel so as you start feeling better about your self your beauty will shine through!
  • While MFP won't roll them over if you look at the weekly nutrition it will tell you how many over/under calories you are for the week. That way you know what you can use up if you wanted to.
  • Good idea on waiting. I had mine taken out via emergency surgery at Christmas. I went in with extreme pain expecting them to tell me it was in my head. Nope my gall bladder was so filled and ready to pop. Yikes! Enjoy the ice cream after.
  • Thanks for the recipes! Can't wait to try,
  • Forgot to add I want to get down to 140-145.
  • I'm 5'9 and started at 190 back in September. I am now at 159! Lots of cardio, weights 3x/week and watching what I eat.
  • Pilates and/or any core strengthening exercises. It won't happen overnight that's for sure. I am starting to slowly lose it and it has been almost a year.
  • I just started week 2 and am loving it!!
  • i just finished week 1 of the Burn Circuit and am loving it! The time seems to fly by when doing it.
  • Disagree 100%. I am not a coach and I use this product. It may seem expensive when you hear $110 for a 30 day supply but that is $3.67/day. That is not expensive and you get all your nutrients!
  • I'm not a coach and I use it. I love it! I feel more energized when I use it and realize I am getting a lot of the nutrients I am normally lacking in getting. I would personally give it a try for a week and see how you feel at the end of the week. They also offer 30 day packs and if you are not satisfied at the end of the…
  • I found running outside when doing the Cto5K was easier for me. I too had a very bad knee and thought the treadmill would be best, but it wasn't. I found I hurt less and ran further outside. I say start the program and see how your body does. Some people are runners and some are not but you won't know 100% until you keep…
