1600 will NOT make you fat!!!! how active are you? because i burn 2600 calories a day! i could eat that and not gain, so 1600 should lose a bit maybe not alot but thats where your work out comes in. i honestly think less than 1600 is no good

Figure out what your BMR is. NEVER eat or NET under this because your body needs this to maintain organs!!!! I am 5'4 146lbs my BMR is 1480 so i never net under this, this might mean eating 1500 or eatting 1900 depending on who intense of a work out I did but I didnt lose a pound till i ate more! I would never suggest 1200…

deficite is simple really. you need a deficit of 500 cals to lose 1lb a week. so if your body needs 2300 calories a day to maintain current weight then you need to have a deficit of 500, or 1800 calories, MFP brings you to 1800 as a goal and you shoul eat back calories you burn to maintain the 500 calorie deficit a day. So…

it is a common misconception that when baby starts eatting you burn less, its not true actually its about 500 calories a day and too keep your nutrition stores up you need to be eattting these calories and logging them! it isnt just supply that is affected by low calories. for example breastmilk is high in fat and calcium…

I have IBS and i am now gluten and dairy free, avoiding acidic foods is imporant. excersise helps the most i have found. Hemp hearts are great for keeping you regular! My doctor gave me meds for it but nothing helped till i changed my diet and keep active.

Alway wiegh in the morning at night you hold on to water, you got food in your system and possibly have to use the bathroom, this can add up but it isnt fat, just weigh once in the morning before breakfast that is the most accuret :)

Yes! I am in your boat! I run 30 mins in the morning and do 45 minutes of strength/ cardio in the after noon sometimes up to an hour. so i am averaging 60-90 mins a day 6 days a week i eat super well and CANT lose a pound!!! my dr said i gained the wieght due to hormones and for some reason i just cant lose it and it is so…

Either add in the little things you do, like cleaning, gardening ect. or switch to lightly active. I personally think as long as you stay above 1600 and eat back your work out cals you should be just fine. I personally aim for about 2100 calories a day but i have a very active life

I use veggies! in a blender blend up cooked lentils, spinach (wilted or steamed) garlic, beet greens(wilted or steamed), (any other veggies you want really)then add to your beef or bison, bison is as lean as chicken! add oats and an egg

I breastfed 2 babies and I strongly convince you to add it in! these are calories you MUST eat back as they are for baby i would add it as excersise NOT food so that it takes off the fat and protien ect... and its 500 calories a day possibly more (not less as some think) depending on how much your baby eats, if you find…
