Sounds similar to the Birmingham Diet. Is it based off chemical reaction? Birminham is 3 on 4 off but specific foods. Anyway we look at them they aren't designed for long term but a nudge in the right direction

Hey. I used to be an athlete now I am like a yoyo. Gain, los it, keep it off then gain it back. Now I just can't seem to get the motivation to lose again. Tell me what can you your drive and determination? I might need to borrow some or at least see if its contagious...lol
