Low carb diet starting monday. :( Only carbs I will be consuming are after my workout 1 cup of oats an a few strawberrys. Good luck with ur diet. You can do it. Will you be upping your fats??

I have some leftover Coquito I made yesterday. Coquito is pretty much Puerto Rican egg nog.... its delicious but high in calories. Dont log it. lol

I curl twice a week, on back day and on tricep/bicep day. Mix it up.. iso/concentration movements.

Congrats on your weight loss. :) There are a couple things you could do, you could drop 100 calories from your daily intake, or increase your cardio. You calories are pretty low as is. Having a low carb diet works for me, give it a try.... im carb sensitive :(
