  • What exactly are your goals? I do have insanity max 30 and loved it even more than the original insanity series. There is also a 30 min version of p90x called p90x3 ..check it out. On another note there are tons of HIIT workouts on fitnessblender.Com which are free. They also have other strength and cardio workouts too

  • I love plain greek yogurt and always have it handy. I eat it as a snack and stir in fruit n chia seeds. I sub for mayo, add various seasonings to use as a dip and I have used it to marinade boneless skinless chicken breasts. I also buy flavored yogurts at times as well.

  • Calorie deficit is needed to lose weight. However exercise has many benefits ... do something that you enjoy as you will tend to stick to it as opposed to viewing it like a chore.
  • It's not intentional for me but protein is always incorporated in my meals. It does keep me full longer though.

  • I ate diary and would have been miserable on a keto diet. CICO worked for me ...you just needed to be disciplined and motivated
  • Eat back half since most times estimates are high. I estimate cals using tdee method which incorporates activity levels so I don't eat my exercise cals
  • I just have coffee for bfast. I eat a yogurt or fruit at about 10 am. My energy levels are fine and have lost weight on a caloric deficit. Personally for me, when I eat is not important as how much I eat.

  • I do have PCOS and exercise ...mix of strength training and cardio works well for me. A low carb diet is recommended as well and I did it initially but always maintained a cal deficit.

  • I usually just eat a banana 30-45 mins before. Never felt the need for the pre-workout drink tbh. Oh if i workout in mornings I drink a cup of coffee but that's routine not necessarily for pre-workout.
