I started the C210K workout 3 weeks ago. I had to take a week off because of blisters from a weekend hike, and tonight will be my Week 2 Day 3 work out. It is kicking my *kitten* but I love it.

Personally I would maintain if I were you. You are at an ideal weight for your height, and you are young. You already mentioned you want to strength train, so don't let any one stop you from that. If you are happy with your weight, then why have any one tell you different.

I normally wear the 'no show' socks.
