HIYA! I'm 24 and I have 76lbs to lose. Add me, I love new friends :-)
-
WTG!! you look great, keep going!

Hello All, Here is my before picture. The picture on the right is one of me last week - around 215-ish. I am currently 212.5 and 5'2. I would like to lose at least 12.6 pounds by march so that I can be in Onederland.

I recently made a huge batch of shredded chicken (about 4 large chicken breasts) and I use it for a variety of things, salad, tacos for myself, sandwiches, and chicken salad. All I have to add is a carb (usually a piece of bread) and a veggie.

LMBO!!! They are very close to my complexion lol but those are my favorite jeans lol
-
Must do a lot of ab workouts
-
The only thing I log is my cardio - I never log weight lifting or anything like that just because it takes too long. Sometimes I don't even log my exercise because I never eat my calories back anyway.
-
Almonds, fruit, egg whites...
-
I love the elliptical as well - I always sweat and burn a bunch of calories. I suppose it doesn't hurt that the machine is in front of the tv so whenever I go I can switch the channel to one of my shows and the time just flies by. :-)
-
I hate plyo - i tried once and not only did I feel my back fat jiggle when I jumped but it was really hard on my ankles. It made me feel bad so I replaced it with cardio x so that it was a little bit of plyo but also yoga and kenpo.
-
Kenpo is probably the easiest one - the stretching is a little more intense but other than that you're pretty much just kicking and punching - no bending down or jumping around. I liked that one a lot - always made me feel like a bad *kitten* because I pretended to be punching a bad guy lol

I had 14 almonds, a package of instant oatmeal (I ran out of plain oatmeal so I had to use this :-/) and green tea. 240 calories
-
Hey Girl Hey!!! You can do it!!!
-
Thanks everyone - I feel really good! I now realize like how tiring it was for me to walk up stairs or bend over and just after losing 40lbs I can do those things with no problem!
-
Hey, just wanted to say hi because I'm a med student too - 2nd year to be exact.
-
Thanks everyone
-
I weigh in everyday. Last Friday I was 217.8 and this week I am 213.6. I think a bunch of it was water weight but I have been hitting the gym like crazy this week. :-)
-
You look amazing and I loooooooove your dress!!
-
Squats are amazing. I've been doing the elliptical and it has made my booty more round instead of the pancake it used to be.
-
I'd say replace your cereal with oatmeal - cereal is high in sugar and calories but doesn't fill you up - its like a teaser to me I can never stop eating it. Oatmeal on the other hand fills you up and you can customize it a million ways my favorite is 1 cup cooked oatmeal with 3tsp of brown sugar, some cinnamon and a…

Hey there! I'm in med school too - 2nd year! I lost a bunch of weight over the summer and then slacked off October - December because I was stressed and felt like working out was time I could be studying. I wish you the best!!! I'm going to add you. :-)
-
