Metabolic Drive from Testosterone Nation.com It is creamy, even made with milk and has alot of protien and Nutrients. I also use the EAS brand from the grocery store, the premixed shakes are nice to travel with, rather than a large can of protien powder.

How about having a small healthy snack when you are watching TV with your family? You can eat and they can eat and you would be eating something healthy!

You actually might enjoy going back to work. Keep at it and TAKE THE MELATONIN!!!! It's worth the sleep you will get. I work night shift and sleep is SO important. Stay with it You are worth it!
