  • Ya know, I used to drink the protein shakes but then I read recently in a blind study milk had the same benefits as protein shakes in weight loss and muscle gain. Whey protein is from milk right?   • hummus and raw veggies is one of my favorites, freash fruit, carrots. Something else that will cure a craving with me especially during colder weather is to make a cup of chicken bouillon with hot water and drink it like a tea. May sound weird but, it's low calories and it satisfies a salt craving.

  • I include wine within my caloric intake. As long as I am within my limits I see no issue with it. I partake in a few glasses a week and I am still loosing weight.   • I believe that once a week probably is best for most but I have to agree with these two ladies. I have a tendancy to go into denial if I dont watch the scale closely.
