I strained my back
This weekend I strained my back pretty bad on Sunday. It is very painful, hard to sleep or stand or sit or lie down. I hate this! So, I of course am taking it easy this week. Question for HRM vs MFP
Ok....so I just got back from a 60 min run. My heart rate monitor has much less calories burned vs the MFP website by a lot. Which should I go with? My HRM says 389 total burned and MFP says somewhere around 500+ burned. The is a huge gap there.
