I have my lifestyle set to sedentary. I don't log the typical light cleaning or chores. But, I do log the more deep cleaning I do here & there where it really makes me feel like I just ran a marathon. Last weekend was one of those times. My entire family has been sick with the flu this past week so very little cleaning had…

Do you know the nutritional info for this dressing? I'm interested in making it to keep on hand & was needing to know how to value it when I track my calories. :) To the OP- Thank you for the ranch info! :) I wrote down the ingredients on my shopping list for this week & really hope I can find the panko and this ranch you…

Bean burrito with no onions from Taco Bell. I get a strong craving for one every now & then. And, yep. I will totally go get one if the craving hits me hard enough. ;)

Do you thin your ranch down so that it'll drip off easier? The ranch I have on hand is pretty thick & I could see a lot staying on there. Which would obviously be quite a bit more calories since ranch isn't cheap in the calorie department! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe! I will have to try this soon! :)

Great progress so far!!!!

Congrats on your success! You look great!

I will have to remember this for Red Robin! We don't have one around her (insert a very sad face!) but I usually get a meal or 2 from them during the year when we're traveling. I love that place! :)

I usually look up the places when we're headed there if my husband is driving. Or, if I know the restaurant has a healthy section, I'll just order from that area sometimes. Example of tonight is that we ate out at Cottonpatch. I ordered their Norwegian Grilled Salmon meal which was a little over 300 calories total (316 I…

Are you doing any exercises right now or just cutting calories? I would try doing Jillians 30 day shred as a starter & then go from there. The 30 day program will tone a suprisingly great deal for just 30 days & then you can build off of it from there.

This really does not sound like a NSV to be proud of. Low moment.

I'm totally confused.

Great loss for week 1!

I eat back 50-100% of them if I feel hungry. Which is probably 90% of the time. I also raised my calorie minimum from 1200 to 1300 this week & plan to do another raise in 2-4 weeks because I'm pretty sure my BMR is closer to the 1500 range. After I eat exercise calories, I'm usually hitting 1500-1600 calories. Some days…

Saving this! Looks delicious. Although I've not tried picadillo over rice. I usually eat it over a plain baked potatoe! Will have to try this recipe! :)

I can't believe no one has asked this yet but did I read it correctly-you go to disney land 2 to 3 times PER week?! The 1st thing to pop in my head is "Why so often?" The 2nd thing is that, hmm I could be jealous over that! lol :) I've never been to disneyland but have been to disneyworld with my kids a couple years ago.…

I tried them before maybe a year or 2 ago and they didn't work at all. I'd save your $ and put it towards new exercise gear or put it into the grocery budget so that you can have extra $ for fresh produce, etc.
