How does JMBR compare to her other workouts?
I was trying to figure out how this series of workouts compares to her other workout dvds. I've tried 4 or 5 of her other dvds (liked all but 1 so far) and I wasn't sure how this one compares. Can we change what mfp has our calories set to?
Title pretty much sums it up. :) I'd like to reaise my calorie intake by 100 calories this week & see what happens & then if I continue to lose, then add another 100 calories soon. After doing some reading & researching, I'm question my calorie intake.

Owww...my arms...my shoulders!!!!
Yesterday was day 1 for me. I couldn't find my 3 lb weights so I decided to just use the 5 lb weights I had. Oh wow, major ouch & burn by the end of the workout. I thought my arms were going to fall off! Today, I'm moving super duper slow & will be doing day 2 in 30 mins. I hope I survive! :)

Calorie Intake-too high, too low, or good?
I keep coming across posts where people say they're not eating enough and to use BMR to figure it out. I'm a little confused so I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out! MFP has my calorie intake set for 1200 to lose 1.5lbs per week. My BMR is 1557. Is 1200 about right? My TDEE is around 2140 including some exercise.…

Shred - Figureing out calorie output
I have been recording shred as "Aerobics, general" for 27 minutes and it's giving me 221 calorie value. Shred does have aerobics but also uses weights so it's not technically aerobics I don't think. What does others record it as? Too bad there's not a "shred" option!

Calorie Goal is different everyday. Why?
I am super new here & input my current weight in the calculator to figure out how many calories I needed to eat to lose weight. Yesterday, it said I needed 1459 calories. Today's calorie goal says 1549 calories. Why? Does it change everyday? I did input a change in weight today because I reweighed after last week (I didn't…
