How does JMBR compare to her other workouts?

I was trying to figure out how this series of workouts compares to her other workout dvds. I've tried 4 or 5 of her other dvds (liked all but 1 so far) and I wasn't sure how this one compares. Just for ease (since many know of the 30 day shred), how does it compare to it? Is it harder, easier, same? Length of workouts? Etc, etc. Thank you so much in advance!!!

Weeks 1 and 2 are similar to 30DS. It gets more difficult from there, imo.0

I am on Phase3 (the last month) and it is great !! The first couple of weeks are like the shred. Phase 2 is tough and Phase 3 is impossible, but fantastic!! I am so toned!
You can do it!! The workouts are all about 30-34 minutes. Cardio in phase 1 is only 20 minutes.0 -
JMBR is more fun than her other dvd's and it's always changing so I was never bored. I finished BR on Jan 31st and since then have been rotating through a bunch of her DVD's including:
Kickbox Fast Fix (super fun but kind of confusing if you are uncoordinated, I usually do 2 20 min workouts back to back)(avg 300 cal burned for both on my HRM) ,
Extreme Shed & Shred - Looong, 80 minutes but it is doable and really makes you work (Average 550 on HRM),
No More Trouble Zones (55 minutes and I find this the easiest but I still feel all my muscles working)(Avg 450 on HRM)
I used to get 350 avg in phase 2 & 3 of BR for only 35 minutes which I thought was good bang for your buck
I also liked completing one program, even if it was a bit long.0 -
Also, JMBR is similar to other DVD's in it's the same types of moves, pace, and science behind it (like getting your heart rate up right away and mixing cardio in between) but for some reason, JMBR gets me to PUSH much harder than the other DVD's. Maybe becuase there are dudes in it and a lot of people, or maybe because there is a lot of emphasis on "maxing out" by doing things as hard as you can.0
