Usually, it might be 2x per month. Although you caught me. I just went to Taco Bell on Wednesday. Breakfast & lunch varies & the kids don't always eat as healthy at lunch. However, at suppertime, we all eat the same meal. My kitchen is not a restaurant & I refuse to fix a specific meal for each person. I've done shred & ripped in 30 and definitely liked the 30 day shred the best. Plus, I saw much better results with it. I usually lose 6-8 lbs in a 30 day round of shred and a large amount of inches. Ripped in 30 wasn't bad for me but I wasn't nearly as motivated with it for some reason. Shred will start to get a little…

I just came back from a week vacation in San Diego, CA and actually lost a pound and wasn't watching what I ate. I the key for me was more consistent sleep schedule & very active each day with either walking, hiking, or kayaking.

I usually try to keep an eye on it & stay on target but just had a really off day of over 4000! The scale will probably show it in water retention if I decide to step on the scale in the morning. :/

I haven't decided a concrete amount yet but I think it's going to be in the range of 125-135. For now, I've set my ticker goal to 128. It's going to be a case of seeing as I go once I get close to it & figuring out a weight that will be realistic for me to maintain.

Yes, week 2 has a ton of planks. A TON. lol! $0 since I am currently using dvds & the outdoors. I do want to find a gym sometime next year since my kids will both be in school then & I'll have some extra time on my hands but we'll see.
