You have to get treatment for the knee-some ultrasound therapy for example. Find a good sport physiotherapist. Meanwhile you can do some weights or some boxing exercises. Don't panic there are alternatives! Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Yes Keiko that is me too!! I am 52 but despite doing just about everything right and getting under goal every night I stii barely lose. Very frustrating but just have to hang in there.

Hi all, have just joined and can definitely identify with many of the posts. Except I am in Australia and it is winter. No snow and it's about 60F which is pretty cold for us.
