We never go out separately. We usually get a night out once every few months...we are trying to make it once or twice a month though. We just do not ever have time to go out without kiddos and mostly we just prefer to stay at home with the babies. We are homebodies. I envy those who get to go out once a month or more! lol.…

I don't have an exact recipe, but we made quinoa/ground beef (could use turkey or whatever)/ground sausage stuffed bell peppers. It was delicious and added a great texture and flavor to them. I think hubby used a black bean quinoa mix and it was pretty spicy but oh so good!

It's probably the New Year's Resolution crowd...it never lasts long. I started this around November and it has been a slow, but steady pace. I never want to give up -- even if I only lose a pound a month for the next 10 years. Once they feel that same drive and realize it is not a quick fix, they'll be back.

I binge in secret. I don't do it often, but when I do I will find myself 'sneaking' a snack and I absolutely hate it. I always feel horrible after. I hide it from my hubby when I am 'sneaking' but other times I will binge in front of him without really even thinking about it. I haven't had many occurrences though since…

Certainly, seeing other peoples' progress is motivation. How we use that motivation is up to us.

My husband has never told me I need to lose weight (although I wish he would). I have taken the initiative on my own, and also included him (he is overweight as well) in my mission to get healthy. I did not outright tell him that he was overweight, but he already knew this and actually started working out with me well…

Amazing transformation! Congratulations and keep up the hard work. I am netting about 1500 calories myself and find it is working beautifully thus far. It's nice to see the correlation of what continued hard work will get me! Thank you for sharing!

I started in December when my youngest daughter turned 2 months old. I've lost 11 lbs since then and I have roughly 89 more to go until my goal. I am reassessing after that -- so maybe another 10 to 20 lbs depending on my fitness goals then.

Truly inspiring! I have PCOS too and am attempting to lose a little over 100 lbs with no meds --- only calorie counting and exercise. You are pure motivation! Super impressed and proud of you!

Start slow! It is good to sweat, need water, be short of breath, etc. You should be working your body in a way that you are challenging your fitness and strength. Keep adding a minute or even 30 seconds a day. Don't let your weight define you and your capabilities. The only way to make changes is to keep changing yourself,…

I hope to be up by 5am and exercising until at least 5:30 or 5:45 -- then shower, kiddos, then work...I feel better seeing everyone else doing the same. :) I think I just found my motivation to make it happen. And I know I will feel SO MUCH BETTER!

I don't do cheat days or cheat meals...if it fits into my calories for the day, I eat it. If I want something bad enough, I either make it fit into my day -- or I workout so that I can eat it and still reach my deficit. I do not deprive myself of things I want but I do not use an excuse to eat things that are not so…
