I can't wait to try some of her other DVDs. I'm def looking forward to this one being done. Seeing some good results, but I'm also working out on days I don't do DS. I think I'll have to do extra crunches or other ab workouts on top of the ones in level 3 because I don't really feel it in this one either!

I TRY, emphasis on try, to plan for it. Congrats on the weight loss so far! I'm going to agree with everyone and say fluctuations are normal. If you're going to weigh yourself daily, do it first thing in the morning when you wake up AFTER you go to the washroom. Don't weigh yourself more than that as the fluctuations will discourage you.

I'm so confused now. I changed my goals to lose 2 pounds a week. And since I lost my first 20 lbs, myfitnesspal changed my daily calorie intake as 1280! That's not really enough for me. I was struggling with 1400 a day. What should I do ? I know 1280 isn't enough!
