I've used Amazon and the fees can get pretty high. Bath & Body works had some free shipping coupons, so I got some things from them. Plus they always have good deals.

AHHH. I had an order setup, all finished and everything, on Hottopic.com yesterday too and shipping came out to $36! My order was only $50! I was super devastated.

I think I've found a really good modified Turbo Jam workout schedule for me, a beginner! Pretty excited to give it a shot. I'm also going to throw in some Fitness Blender strength workouts in there, too!

I just read a review that Jillian's Yoga DVD is not appropriate for beginners or people who've never done yoga so I guess I'll have to skip that one for now! Just checked out fitnessblender. Wish I saw this sooner! All I need with this is like, a weekly routine or something. ie: what exercise I should do on what day, etc. I need structure!

I tried Zumba once at Goodlife. It was crazy! Nothing like I've ever done before. I really struggled with it because I actually have no rhythm whatsoever. I felt like because I couldn't do the moves, I wasn't exercising properly! I'd try Zumba again. I'm just looking for some videos that I can stream online.

Water retention and lady things seem to make sense in my situation. I would love to continue to drop 5 lbs a week, though! I agree as well with when you have a lot to lose, it can come off quick. I certainly have a lot to lose! But it's been coming off pretty good with eating healthier an exercise!

10 pounds at a time for me. When I started @ 250lbs, I decided I wanted to lose 90+ and be down to at least 160lbs. 10lbs works for me and when I hit the goals, I get really excited and happy all inside:) I think if I tried to do, say 25 at a time, I'd get angry and lose focus when it took longer to achieve.
