TDEE Calculations-Am I doing this right?
I am 24 years old. Weigh 233 lbs right now and am 5'7". I exercise 3-5 times a week. The calculator states my TDEE is 2891. So, to lose 1.5 lbs a week I need to eat 750 calories LESS than my TDEE. I've been seeing so many commercials about supplements to take while you're counting calories and exercising, and I'm just interested in knowing if anyone's had any success with them?
