Motivation Depleted. *sigh*

It's Friday. That means the weekend is here almost and my motivation to lose weight will be out the window for the next few days. I require socialization and a drink or two (or seven) of wine. It's so hard to get through the weekend without going over your daily cal intake by a few hundred calories I find. How do people do it? I'm not going to stop going to friends houses or indulging in some beverages. I enjoy doing those things and look forward to them. I think taking them away for the sake of losing weight will not work out in the end.
Anyway. I weighed myself every day this week. First thing in the morning. Not a pound shed. Measured myself. All the same. Been eating the same and working out the same since when I first started doing this. Lost 20 lbs since the end of July. (Yay) but why none this week? Growl...I'm planning on going to the gym tomorrow or Sunday. I simply couldn't have plateau'ed already. I just started this!

    i totally understand. Maybe you could try to mix things up alittle like wrking out alittle more and maybe that will help you lose the weight. :)
  • I'm going to have to really push myself next week. ARGGH. I just want to sit around in my pjs with junk food and play Borderlands 2 all week. Life isn't fair.
